Introduction: Tumors of the reproductive tract, such as cervical cancer, breast cancer and ovarian cancer, are a significant cause of morbidity and mortality among women worldwide Despite advances in diagnosis and treatment, these tumors remain a major public health concern A systematic review was conducted to examine the current state of knowledge regarding the epidemiology, risk factors, diagnosis, and treatment of tumors of the reproductive tract Methods: A comprehensive search of five electronic databases PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and Scopus was performed to identify relevant studies published from January ۲۰۱۰ to September ۲۰۲۱ Inclusion criteria were studies that reported on cervical cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, or uterine fibroids in human populations A total of N=۲۶۸۵ articles were identified, and after screening titles and abstracts, N=۸۴ articles were included in the final analysis Results: The results of this review revealed that cervical cancer remains a leading cause of cancer related deaths among women in low and middle income countries, while breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide Ovarian cancer is often diagnosed at an advanced stage due to the lack of effective screening methods, and uterine fibroids can cause significant morbidity and affect quality of life Risk factors for these tumors include age, family history, hormonal factors, and lifestyle factors such as tobacco use and obesity Treatment options vary depending on the type and stage of the tumor, but may include surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy Conclusion: In conclusion, tumors of the reproductive tract are a significant global health challenge This systematic review highlights the importance of continued efforts to improve screening, diagnosis, and treatment of these tumors, particularly in low and middle income countries where resources may be limited Future research should focus on identifying effective prevention strategies and developing innovative treatments that can improve outcomes for women with these tumors
