Artificial intelligence AI and emerging digital technologies are redefining healthcare through predictive analytics, precision medicine, and intelligent automation These advances enhance clinical decision making and efficiency while transforming the relationships among data, clinicians, and patients Yet, integrating them within complex health systems requires balance between innovation, ethics, and human centered design This study explores how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping global health systems and advancing smart, equitable, and adaptive care Method A mixed method design was applied, combining a systematic review of 100 peer reviewed studies 2018–2025 with expert panel discussions and Delphi rounds involving 20 specialists from medicine, engineering, and policy The data were analyzed comparatively to identify key trends, barriers, and success factors in AI enabled healthcare innovation This triangulated approach ensured both rigor and contextual understanding Results Findings indicate a major transition toward data driven, intelligent healthcare ecosystems AI based diagnostics improved clinical accuracy by up to 30% and optimized workflows through automation and predictive modeling Smart infrastructures enhanced safety and interoperability, while AI assisted learning tools enriched medical education by enabling adaptive, competency based training Persistent concerns include algorithmic bias, data transparency, and ethical governance Conclusion AI and emerging technologies mark a transformative era in global health Achieving sustainable integration demands ethical oversight, interdisciplinary collaboration, and design frameworks that strengthen both clinical excellence and human empathy
