چکیده مقاله
This paper examines and compares the general policies of the Finnish and Norwegian governments in managing diversity and inclusion in education Given the importance of diversity and inclusion in educational systems, this study was conducted using a literature review method The study analyzes the similarities and differences between these two countries' policies and the key factors that have shaped these policies The results indicate that both countries are strongly committed to equity and social justice, striving to create inclusive educational environments However, cultural and social differences have led to the adoption of different approaches Finland focuses more on social justice and preventing social exclusion, while Norway emphasizes the integration of cultural and linguistic diversity Both countries face challenges such as the gap between political rhetoric and practice and structural limitations This study highlights the importance of addressing these challenges and developing educational policies tailored to each country's specific cultural and social needs The findings can contribute to improving diversity management and inclusion policies in other countries
