چکیده مقاله
Investing in inclusive education is increasingly recognized as essential for promoting social equity and driving economic growth This study explores the economic and social returns on investment in inclusive education, identifying the factors that influence these returns, the methods used to measure them, and the barriers to effective investment Using a comprehensive literature review, the research highlights the importance of high quality education, teacher training, and access to resources as critical determinants of positive outcomes The study also identifies significant barriers, including inadequate funding, insufficient infrastructure, societal attitudes, and policy gaps, which can hinder the effectiveness of inclusive education initiatives The findings suggest that while inclusive education has the potential to generate substantial economic and social benefits, these returns can only be fully realized through comprehensive strategies that address the identified barriers The study concludes by recommending targeted investments in teacher training, infrastructure, and public awareness campaigns, alongside robust policy frameworks, to maximize the impact of inclusive education By overcoming these challenges, inclusive education can play a pivotal role in fostering equitable and prosperous societies
