This research attempted to assess the relationship between teacher leadership, critical thinking and their care to students Participants of this study were Iranian EFL teachers filling out two questionnaires n=100 and their students filled one questionnaire n=170 instrument used in this study were Inventory Practice Leadership Questionnaire LPI , Critical Thinking Disposition Assessment Questionnaires CTDA , and Teacher Care questionnaire TC_S LPI measures five different dimension of teacher leadership; modeling the way, inspiring a share vision, challenging the process, encouraging the heart, and enabling others to act along with three subcategories of CTDA as engagement, maturity, and innovativeness and teacher Care Scale TC S factors of stroke, bias relationship with others, and feedback The result indicated that teacher care factors stroke, bias the relation with others, and feedback predicted teacher critical thinking subcategories as maturity, and engagement However, engagement negatively predicted bias relation with others p
