Identity crisis is one of the most critical issues during adolescence, accompanied by complex psychological, social, and cultural changes In today's world, where technology and digital spaces play a significant role in the daily lives of adolescents, the formation of identity has undergone new transformations under the influence of digital tools and social media The digital era, with its unique opportunities and challenges, exacerbates the identity crisis in many adolescents This article focuses on the importance of family counseling as an effective intervention and examines various methods for managing this crisis in adolescents The goal of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of family counseling in improving adolescents' identity formation amidst digital challenges and strengthening the relationships among family members during critical times
