چکیده مقاله
The present study aimed to examine the role of emerging educational technologies in Education Education has consistently been one of the major concerns of the national educational system This concept encompasses a complex process, in which both families and the educational system continually strive to direct it more effectively and efficiently toward its ultimate goals, in accordance with the resources and requirements of each era In recent years, however, a new challenge—namely, the integration of information technology—has confronted policymakers and practitioners within the educational system, from elementary to higher education, at both national and institutional levels The spirit of innovation and reform among these policymakers and practitioners has compelled them to rapidly equip the educational system with such technologies Since the degree of success and effectiveness of educational institutions directly depends on their ability to understand, evaluate, engage with, and utilize these technologies in research, planning, and instruction and given that such a transformation is unattainable without clarifying the conceptual domains of these technologies—this concern has motivated the author to contribute, within the limits of their capacity, to the delineation and elucidation of certain conceptual aspects, thereby encouraging other scholars to refine and enrich the discussion before the dominance of such technologies
