This document is about One Company that have special Situation and is faced with Capital budget constraints and is inevitable to make decision about Giving no continue or stop incomplete projects and if it can not Financing for its projects will not do payment at the time then Contractors will be encounter problems and will not bound to regard the owners Strategy THE goal of this article is: Be designed the suitable discipline for financial management and when Forecasts can be changed by many reasons; produce the program to allocate the financial resources The results are on the base of Studies and work experience in control project unit In existing methods; to evaluate the projects all the risks be considered by factors such as interest rate and return rate ,we can give new expected case of return rate on the base of existing probabilities of future inflation situation and do accounts exact present value for the expenses with a view to probabilities for integrity of previous accounts and project progress percent and Finally we can estimate existing risks exactly
