Takaful industry plays an important role in solving important social, economic and environmental problems The presence of good corporate governance become important to every Takaful company in promoting and enhancing public confidence in one of the Islamic finance ecosystem As it is known, the management of risk is an integral part of the governance and management of an organization Therefore, Risk management is one of the key aspects of corporate governance and corporate governance affects corporate risk management In this paper, we are trying to present the Implementing a good corporate governance and risk management by introducing a risk governance structure and the upcoming challenges
