Introduction and goal; The most important factor in turning infection into a disease is the weakening of the body's defense mechanisms, which occurs in cases such as HIV infection and malnutrition HIV positive and malnourished children of any age can develop severe forms of pulmonary tuberculosis The aim is to diagnose HIV infection in children with pulmonary tuberculosis Method; In this review study, relevant information was searched from Pub med, Scopus, Google Scholer and Magiran databases Data analysis was performed qualitatively Results; HIV infection in children manifests itself in different ways the clinical signs of HIV infection are often nonspecific For example, weight loss, fever, and cough are common symptoms of tuberculosis, with or without HIV infection Therefore, the clinical diagnosis of HIV infection is also positive Many of the clinical manifestations used to diagnose tuberculosis in children are less effective in the presence of HIV infection Conclusion; HIV positive and Malnutrition children of any age can develop severe forms of pulmonary tuberculosis Tuberculosis care and prevention should also be a priority for the HIV / ADIS program, and both programs should provide support for public health service providers A newer approach to the TB control program in populations with a high prevalence of HIV includes both anti TB and anti HIV interventions that indirectly affect TB
