چکیده مقاله
Diabetes is one of the most important risk factors for coronary artery disease and increases the incidence of myocardial infarction and mortality in these patients In diabetic patients, metabolic disorders upset the physiological balance of coagulation and fibrinolysis, leading to a prothrombotic state In this study, 45 patients with type 2 diabetes with acute myocardial infarction, 45 patients with type II diabetes and 45 healthy individuals without any acute or chronic disorders were compared In relation to the results of both groups, the specific activity of biochemical, hematological and HDL and LDL factors were examined Some biochemical and hematological factors for type II diabetics with acute myocardial infarction showed a significant increase compared to type II diabetics without myocardial infarction and some factors were significantly lower for type II diabetics with myocardial infarction People with type II diabetes had no heart attack and the levels of coagulation factors X VIII and biochemical factor LDL in type II diabetics were significantly lower than healthy people Also, some factors in all three groups of healthy, type II diabetes and stroke Cardiac with type II diabetes were not significantly different Study of biochemical and hematological factors can be very good predictors for early diagnosis and as a tool in screening patients with iabetes mellitus and preventing the risk of cardiovascular disease However, more studies are needed in this area
