Covid 19 epidemic is one of the most difficult challenges that humans face with The spreadof covid 19 caused many changes in the education of students all over the world and forcedmany students to pass the units virtually This sudden transition made the educational systemface many challenges Therefore, this study has been conducted with the aim of reviewing thestudies conducted on the challenges in the education system after covid 19 2 Search Strategy:A narrative review of scientific literature using the PRISMA guideline was completed, andincluded literature published from January 2020 until May 2024 The articles related toChildbearing challenges in working women in Iran were obtained through Google Scholar,SID, Magiran Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science databases using related keywords Theinclusion criteria of the articles included original Iranian articles, having Latin and Persianlanguage and the presence of keywords in the title3 Results:44 articles were identified through an initial search and finally, 5 studies were entered into theanalysis The results of studies are showed that the effect of Covid 19 on education has beenextremely complicated We all know very well that The most important goal of educationcenters is to train capable students and according to the current conditions for to achieve thisgoal, we need to reconsider the way of education 4 Conclusion and Discussion:The study contributes to the understanding of the university management in the post COVID era, giving evidence of the magnitude of the impact of management in thecrisis condition, which led to a deeper understanding of the international cooperationneeded to protect us In the four strategies, this study improves current knowledgeregarding university management in the post COVID era
