چکیده مقاله
This article examines the exploitation of chimney sweepers in the chimney industry and the urgent need for human rights reforms By unveiling the harsh reality faced by these children, including hazardous working conditions and the denial of education, it exposes the violations of their human rights The article analyzes the root causes of their exploitation, including socioeconomic factors and weak enforcement of child labor laws Drawing upon international conventions and treaties, it highlights the imperative for comprehensive reforms to protect the rights of chimney sweepers The role of governments and policymakers in enacting and enforcing legislation, providing resources, and promoting education and rehabilitation programs is explored The article also acknowledges the critical contribution of civil society organizations and advocacy groups in raising awareness and advocating for change Finally, it presents a path to human rights reforms, encompassing legal reforms, enforcement mechanisms, education, rehabilitation, and alternative livelihood opportunities By addressing these issues, the article aims to foster discussion, inspire action, and work towards a future where chimney sweepers are free from exploitation and can realize their full potential
