The future of the construction industry in Iran is inextricably linked to technological advances and changing needs Society is intertwined New technologies have the potential to fundamentally transform the construction industry and provide an appropriate response to the challenges facing this difficult time The construction industry is the lifeblood of any country's urban and economic development Along this path, every decision, every innovation, and every vision can make a fundamental difference in shaping the future of cities and human life My goal in presenting this article is to provide a comprehensive and detailed look at the current state of the construction industry and examine the steps we can take toward a sustainable, smart, and modern future In this article, we are trying to create a perspective for you between past experiences, today's achievements, and tomorrow's prospects, so that construction professionals and those interested in urban development can have a clear and practical picture of the path ahead I hope this work can inspire research, decision making, and planning for improvement and innovation in the construction industry The construction industry, as one of the driving forces of the economy of any country, including our own, plays a significant role The developments in this industry in Iran have had a wide impact on other economic and social sectors The construction industry in Iran, like other parts of the world, is experiencing new developments and trends that are dramatically changing the way projects are designed, implemented, and managed Especially during this period when economic conditions force all family members to work outside the home And this allows them to reach their place of residence with the least possible energy If these smart solutions are implemented and are economically beneficial for families, it will be very targeted You may be wondering, given the current energy shortage in the country, how will it be possible to have energy, especially electricity, by making the infrastructure smart, which is the basis for using these programs Our suggestion is to create a small power plant in your own home But for this, we must also pay attention to several important factors that indicate whether this power plant is cost effective or not 1 The first question we need to ask ourselves is what are our goals for generating electrical energy from solar panels 2 How much sunlight does your area produce 3 What is my family's current energy consumption 4 What will be the efficiency of this solar panel and the output power it will give us A key factor in deciding how many solar panels a building needs is how many kilowatt hours we use per month For example, a family that uses 800 kilowatt hours per month will definitely need a different number and size of solar panels than a family that uses 350 kilowatt hours per month If the consumers require mains voltage, they must be connected to the inverter, but if they operate on low DC voltage, they must be connected to the controller As shown in the figure above, when sunlight reaches the solar panels, the electricity reaches the inverter in the form of DC and is converted to AC, the same as city electricity Sunlight hits the panel's panels and creates an electric field The electricity generated reaches the edge of the panel and flows through a wire The wire carries the electricity to an inverter, where the direct current is converted to alternating current, which is used to power buildings To figure out how many solar panels you need, divide the watt hour consumption of the building by the number of panels you want to use For example, To better understand this, let's assume that a family with typical energy consumption needs about 20 conventional solar panels 250 watts or 17 panels 370 watts The dimensions of solar panels used for residential buildings are approximately 165 cm by 99 5 cm or 1 5 by 1 meter, with slight differences among solar panel manufacturers From the past to the present, the dimensions of these panels have undergone small changes, but the output and efficiency of these panels have improved significantly If we want to place these solar panels on the roof of any building, we must also pay significant attention to the roof area If our roof is large, we can use the minimum area we have So that it provides the required energy, which will be economically viable But not if part of the roof is often in the shade or the roof area is small, we should use panels with higher power
