The United States, due to its geographical location, is susceptible to various seismic events Statistical analysis of earthquakes occurring in the country over the last decade can provide valuable insights for a better understanding of earthquake occurrence patterns, seismic hazard assessment, and improved preparedness for these natural disasters This study statistically analyzes data related to earthquakes recorded in the United States during the last decade The data used include earthquake magnitude, depth, geographical location, and time of occurrence, collected from reputable sources such as the United States Geological Survey USGS This paper employs various statistical analysis methods to investigate earthquake characteristics The goal of the statistical analysis of earthquake prone areas is to identify specific patterns in where and when earthquakes occur, determine high seismic hazard areas, and examine the relationship between different earthquake parameters These studies are caused by them
