چکیده مقاله
City officials must provide the required income from the city system and citizens, and on the other hand, the source of income must be such that it does not jeopardize the process of moving the city towards sustainable urban development and the opportunity for life for present and future generations Maintain Therefore, methods and barriers to accessing financial resources and sustainable urban incomes are of great importance The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive analytical in terms of the nature and method of work This study seeks to examine the methods and barriers to achieving financial resources and sustainable urban incomes The results show that the revenue items of the municipalities are divided into four general categories: taxes and duties received, sale of services, borrowing and receiving grants In order to find out which of the municipal revenue items is sustainable and which is unstable, it is enough to test the nature of several revenue items in a general view with the concept of sustainability and its characteristics If the income items can have the desired characteristics, they will be considered as stable income items
