This article offers an in depth comparative legal analysis of Shia Islamic jurisprudence fiqh and Orthodox Christian Canon Law, emphasizing the key differences and similarities across various domains such as legal sources, interpretation, authority structures, and applications in society Both systems are rooted in divine revelation and have shaped religious and secular governance Drawing from the works of prominent Islamic, Shiite, and Christian thinkers—including al Sadr, Khomeini, Tabataba'i, Lossky, and Zizioulas—this analysis adheres to the standards of high level academic publications, particularly those required by ISI listed journals
