چکیده مقاله
Introduction: Success in sports is the result of a complex interaction of anthropometric, psychological, and biomotor abilities These factors are used in most existing models to analyze performance in various sports Analyzing these indicators with standard methods helps to improve performance and optimize athletes' training programs and identify talent in sports disciplines The goal of sports science is to identify and maximize the performance of each individual in each sport, and in this regard, researchers are constantly trying to discover and identify factors that affect sports performance and how to manipulate these factors One method of discovering talent is to examine the characteristics of outstanding global and national champions Methodology: The research method was descriptive correlational The statistical population consisted of 27 male runners who were in the general training phase The field tests were conducted on an open track, anthropometric tests were conducted at the sprint training camp and sprinters' bodybuilding exercises, and laboratory tests were conducted in the weight room After the participants completed the consent form and collected personal information, general health, training indicators, and a training questionnaire, and were familiar with the method of conducting the tests, information related to sleep and nutrition patterns were explained during the course Anthropometric measurements were recorded according to the ISAK standard method by one person and with one instrument The normality of the data was examined with the Shapiro Wilk test, and after ensuring the normal distribution of the data, parametric tests were used In order to determine the relationship between anthropometric and biomotor abilities with the success rate and competitive performance of 100 meter sprinters, the Pearson correlation coefficient test was used Findings: Weight 68 77±12 89, height 75 71±7 75, body mass index 22 15±25 3, 30m sprint record 47 4±37 0, 60m sprint record 01 7±0 26, anaerobic power 69 242±85 1069, 41 47±72 9, squat strength 03 02±137 20, chest press strength 33 14±34 73, mid body muscular endurance 58 62±33 4, upper body muscular endurance 00 6±70 16, flexibility 42 44±77 2, sitting height 99 91±74 1, forearm length 30 37±24 1, arm span 00 66±7 00 and arm length 16 1±25 33, neck circumference 11 2 55 33, arm circumference 13 2±22 33, chest circumference 86 4±53 16, waist circumference 70 1±14 10, hip and thigh circumference 60 66±23 4, and subcutaneous fat in the chest 11 57±41 7, back of the arm 10 00±41 4, subscapular 12 00±26 5, abdominal 16 53±10 79, supralumbar 54 5±9 03, thigh 12 69±72 6 and mid axillary 10 34±6 03, their total 77 77±84 35, lean body mass 59 94±10 89, body fat 26 5, 77 7±5 26, Body fat percentage was 11 06±6 72 and body density was 0 78±0 16 for 100 meter runners Also, the correlation between the competitive performance of runners and their anthropometric and biomotor abilities was not significant Conclusions: The most important finding of this study is the presentation of the anthropometric profile and biomotor abilities of male sprinters in Guilan province, which, according to studies, has been limited research in this field within the country The findings of this study help to make the profile of anthropometric characteristics, body composition, and biomotor abilities of male sprinters in Guilan province available so that coaches can adjust training programs for sprinters with the help of information related to the profile for athletes
