چکیده مقاله
The aim of this study was to study of coaches’ power expressing ways relationship and soccer female athlete satisfaction, in the Kermanshah district The research method was descriptive correlation, and the field was conducted The sample consisted of female football players employed, were second and third in the Championship Of which 108 players were selected as sample Data from the questionnaires powersports PSQ , and athlete satisfaction ASQ , were collected In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics, correlation test was used The results showed that, between the power sources of coaches, players satisfaction, there is a significant relationship 0 05> P The results also indicated that, in view of footballers, power authority, in the first place, and the use of coercive power, is the last priority So the coach, with the proper use of its power supplies, athletes can take much satisfaction, provide
