چکیده مقاله
This study examines the influence of CEO's organizational identity on the cash assets of companies mentioned on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period from ۲۰۲۰ to ۲۰۲۱ Using a sample of ۷۲ firms, we employed Eviews software to analyze data through various statistical tests, such as the Limer Hausman F test Our findings reveal that while the effect of organizational identity on cash assets is statistically significant at the ۹۰% confidence level, it demonstrates a direct influence on cash holding, financial development, and economic policy uncertainty This indicates that a CEO's organizational identity significantly affects the financial positioning of firms within the exchange The results suggest that stakeholders should consider the CEO's identity as a vital component influencing corporate financial strategies
