چکیده مقاله
This article presents a research study that examines the critical role of Knowledge Management KM in enhancing the performance of contemporary organizations and educational centers Knowledge, recognized as a vital strategic asset in the modern knowledge economy, necessitates systematic management to translate potential value into tangible organizational outcomes This study synthesizes existing theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence to delineate the mechanisms through which effective KM practices—including knowledge acquisition, creation, sharing, storage, and application—contribute to improved operational efficiency, innovation capacity, decision making quality, and overall competitiveness Particular attention is paid to the unique challenges and opportunities KM presents within educational settings, emphasizing its impact on pedagogical effectiveness, research output, and institutional reputation Through rigorous analysis, this paper elucidates how robust KM systems foster organizational learning, adaptability, and resilience The findings underscore the imperative for strategic investment in KM infrastructure, culture, and leadership to unlock superior organizational performance across diverse sectors This edited manuscript maintains the original structure, arguments, and citation integrity while elevating the linguistic quality to meet rigorous international academic standards suitable for Scopus/ISI indexed journals
