چکیده مقاله
The purpose of this study is identifying the factors affecting the incidence of medical errors The present study is an applied and methodically exploratoryresearch The statistical population of this research is a number of selected physicians in Tehran The population size is 25 people and the sample size is thesame number In this study, the required data were collected using a pairwise comparison questionnaire Thus, the questionnaire was designed with 15 questions criteria in the form of 3 variables In this study, the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and in order to determine the reliability, the incompatibility rate was used, which is less than /1 And shows reliability Then, the questions were examined through entropy and Vikor to weight and prioritize the variables with Vikor software The results showed that individual factors, patient related factor and environmental factor were ranked first to third, respectively
