This study examines the effect of corona on the immune system The present study is a review study in which the information obtained from reputablescientific research sites such as Google Scholar, sid, civilica, etc were examined and presented as a discussion and conclusion Studies have shown that theimmune system's response is essential to control and eradicate the coronavirus, and that immune system dysfunction can lead to immunopathology and death A better understanding of how the immune system works against the coronavirus can be very effective in controlling pneumonia Chemotactic factors are essential for the immune response against the virus because these factors are involved in the recall of leukocytes to the lungs, and any change in these factors can cause the immune system to malfunction Immune system defects or abnormalities can increase virus replication On the other hand, overactive immune system can cause tissue damage
