The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of corona on the nervous system This article is a review research The sudden outbreak of Covid 19 has posed a number of challenges to the world's healthcare systems, including the areas involved Although respiratory symptoms are the foundation of this chronic syndrome, among the symptoms mentioned in patients with coronary syndrome, the symptoms of the nervous, psychological and psychological systems also attract attention and disorders such as PTSD, depression, anxiety and mood disorders along with issues It can also be seen in pulmonary fibrosis The nervous system always has a desirable and attractive nature for viruses Objective evidence and previous studies on Mers, SARS, influenza, and herpes simplex have shown that the central nervous system is a desirable target for the invasion and activity of these viruses and to cause indirect changes in the nervous system Damage to the central nervous system after infection with the coronavirus occurs during a period of acute infection in the disease, and this condition can be seen in milder forms in addition to severe forms The virus can also cross the blood brain barrier by damaging the endothelium of the blood vessels in the brain and penetrate the defects through which the virus enters the brain Lack of oxygen, which occurs in severe forms of the disease, can affect the work of the brain Also, micro thrombosis and abnormal immune responses can affect brain function, which can damage nerve cells and destroy the myelin sheath around nerve fibers
