The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of psychotropic drugs on the treatment of depression The present study is an applied research and in terms of method is also comparative The statistical population of this study is 105 patients with depression who also suffered from depression and these people were examined in a psychiatric center in Iran over a period of one month The sample size is 82 based on Morgan's table and sampling method is also available In this study, these patients and their history were studied and data related to the status of psychotropic drugs used to treat their depression were studied Then k s test and one sample t test were used and data were analyzed by SPSS software The results showed that in relation to the study population, selected psychotropic drugs have no effect on the treatment of depression
