چکیده مقاله
Objective: The purpose of this study was to review the initial maladaptive schemes in women with anxiety from various internal and external sources in the past few years Research Method: The present research was a review and library method Thus, the keywords of early maladaptive schemas, anxiety and women in the search engines of persian articles bank include Google Scholar, Scientific Information Database SID , Noormags, Magiran and civilica and foreign articles bank including Google Scholar, PubMed, Springer, ScienceDirect and Scopus was searched between 2000 and 2021, and selected articles were included for this study Results: Research findings indicate that numerous studies by domestic and foreign researchers on the subject of schemas, but the results showed that maladaptive schemas are the main cause of vulnerability to psychological patients and dysfunctional relationships Conclusion: Schemas make people prone to depression, aggression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships and psychosomatic disorders Therefore, by identifying and treating early maladaptive schemas, in addition to treating anxiety, the quality of life can be improved
