چکیده مقاله
A CMOS active inductor circuit is presented to be used in LC oscillators The designed inductor amount is variable and can be tuned via a resistor which is implemented using an MOS device with controllable gate voltage The suggested inductor is utilized in a VCO with tuning frequency range of 400MHz 1 8GHz Simulation results in 0 18um standard CMOS process, verify the oscillator and the inductor performance
