چکیده مقاله
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational intelligence implementation through video surveillance systems on employee productivity, considering the mediating role of employee participation in the Central Iron Ore Company of Iran This applied research employed a descriptive survey method, and data were collected from 360 employees selected through convenience sampling from a population of approximately 4,000 personnel Data collection tools included standardized and researcher made questionnaires, whose validity and reliability were confirmed using Cronbach's alpha Data analysis was conducted using SPSS and Smart PLS software The findings revealed that organizational intelligence through video surveillance systems positively affects both employee productivity and participation Moreover, employee participation plays a mediating role between organizational intelligence and productivity P < 0 05 Accordingly, integrating surveillance technologies with participatory management policies is proposed as the most effective strategy for enhancing human resource productivity
