چکیده مقاله
Radial Basis Function RBF methods are important tools for scattered data interpolation When the underlying function is sufficiently smooth, RBF methods can produce exponential accuracy But, if the underlying function has steep gradients or discontinuities the RBF method will produce solutions with severe oscillations In this paper, we use rational RBF method to interpolate functions with steep gradients and discontinuities
