The sensing matrix plays an important role in compressed sensing CS and a suitable choice of measurements will lead to a good sparse recovery performance In this paper, we introduce Modified Gram Schmidt MGS of the Chebyshev chaotic matrix and Chebyshev circulant matrix, which have better performance than RandomGaussian, Chebyshev chaotic and Chebyshev circulant matrix
