In this paper, we nd the general solutions of a system of two functional equations de ned on a Hilbert C module as additive quadratic Hilbert C modulehomomorphisms We show that for any approximate orthogonally additive quadratic Hilbert C module homomorphism under a special control function, there exists a uniqueorthogonally additive quadratic Hilbert C module homomorphism near it
