چکیده مقاله
Learning English as an international language plays a crucial role in academic, educational, and professional contexts However, many learners encounter various challenges during the learning process Among the most common difficulties are structural differences between the native language and English, limited vocabulary, difficulties in listening comprehension and speaking, and the lack of authentic environments for language practice In addition, psychological factors such as language anxiety, fear of making mistakes, and low motivation can significantly slow down the learning process Traditional teaching methods that emphasize memorization of grammar rules and translation may also hinder the development of effective communicative skills To overcome these challenges, the adoption of modern teaching approaches and active learning strategies is essential Utilizing multimedia resources such as podcasts, movies, and educational applications can enhance listening skills and vocabulary acquisition Regular speaking practice in interactive environments, participation in learning groups, and the use of task based learning methods can also increase learners’ confidence and communicative competence Furthermore, setting clear goals, maintaining a consistent study schedule, and fostering intrinsic motivation play an important role in language learning success Overall, combining innovative teaching methods with continuous practice and a supportive learning environment can significantly reduce the barriers to learning English and make the process more effective and sustainable
