چکیده مقاله
This study presents a comprehensive three dimensional numerical simulation of a Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell PEMFC to investigate the complex interplay between multiphysics transport phenomena and electrochmical performance A fully integrated CFD model is developed to analyze the impact of key operating parameters, including operating pressure, cell temperature, and reactant humidity, on current density distribution and water management The simulation results reveal that optimizing the humidification levels significantly levels significantly mitigates dehydration at the anode while preventing water flooding at the cathode, thereby enhancing the overall power density Furthermore, the analysis of temperature gradients within the membrane electrode assembly MEA provides critical insights into thermal stress distribution Stress distribution The findings of this research offer a robust theoretical framework for the design and optimization of high perfomance PEM fuel cells in automotive and stationary power applications
