The advent of E Commerce, technological innovations and globalization are increasingly driving banking services to change their traditional modes of operation In order to support the growing needs of users a complex variety of new features should be implemented However, in developing countries, e banking services are faced with weak network bandwidth limitations which reduce the capability of representing these features Moreover with the high diversity of communication devices used for mbanking services, dealing with this issue will be more complicated Consecutively to satisfy user needs in such environments, adaptive approaches can be applied User Interfaces Adaptation UIA is a promising attempt to overcome contemporary problems due to the increasing complexity of humancomputer interaction We believe that UIA can resolve these challenges To this end, we propose a context aware model for adapting user interfaces, consistent with common current banking architectures
