چکیده مقاله
Organizations must be agile in competitive markets in order to meet customers' satisfaction, So Enterprise Resource Planning ERP systems play important role in organizations success Although ERP systems are used widely these days and regard to their implementation cost, most of these implementations are failed and one of the most reasons of this failure is that organizations don notconsidered their readiness for ERP implementation Thus it is necessary, before implementation such systems, organizations assess their readiness, and it will happen with identifying current organization's situation and to apply improvement plans for selection and implementing ERP systems This paper present a model for assessing organization's readiness in selection & implementing ERP solutions This model is based on Delphi method and also EFQM model as a benchmark model has 8 core criteria and each criteria has some sub criteria Main criteria s include: leadership, strategy, process, human resources, information and resource management, information technology infrastructure, organization's information systems, project management Finally the model is evaluated by a case study
