چکیده مقاله
Organizational culture is a kind of collective thought planning which has been considered as a superior thought in organizations during recent years This collective thought is the distinguishing factor of the members of one kind from the other Everyone who has worked with groups of people in some way is aware of this important organizational subject This research has been done for the purpose of examining the relation between organizational culture and applying information communication and technology ICT in Securities and exchanges staffs in Tehran city This research method is descriptive based on Correlation, statistical population include 600 employees in Tehran Educational degrees from diploma to master and 330 people have been chosen randomly as sample numbers in classification The research has been conducted by the help of two organizational culture questionnaires made by researcher based on Rabin s septimal specialties and four of the specialties have been taken into account and questionnaire of information communication and technology based on septimal specialties ICDL and four of the specialties have been taken into account The credibility of questionnaire has been estimated 0 90 using Keronbach s Alpha Coefficient for organizational culture and the credibility of questionnaire of information communication and technology has been estimated 0 86 In order to analyze the questions Pierson Correlation Coefficient has been used The results show significant relationship between organizational culture and application of information communication and technology
