چکیده مقاله
The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence has fundamentally transformed the landscape of modern marketing, shifting the paradigm from mass communication to hyper personalized consumer engagement This comprehensive study explores the intricate role of AI driven personalization in shaping consumer preferences, analyzing how machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and natural language processing interact to influence purchasing decisions As digital marketplaces become increasingly saturated, businesses are compelled to adopt sophisticated technological frameworks to understand and anticipate consumer needs in real time By leveraging vast amounts of behavioral, demographic, and contextual data, artificial intelligence systems can curate individualized product recommendations, tailor marketing messages, and create seamless omnichannel experiences However, the integration of these advanced systems presents complex challenges, particularly concerning consumer privacy, algorithmic transparency, and the delicate balance between helpful personalization and intrusive surveillance This research critically examines both the positive drivers of AI personalization, such as enhanced customer satisfaction, increased brand loyalty, and optimized user experiences, as well as the potential psychological reactance from consumers Through a rigorous analysis of current market trends, theoretical frameworks, and empirical evidence, this paper provides a multifaceted understanding of how artificial intelligence is not merely a tool for targeted advertising, but a foundational architect of contemporary consumer behavior The findings offer valuable insights for marketing practitioners seeking to implement ethical and effective AI strategies, while contributing to the academic discourse on the future of digital consumerism
