Artificial Intelligence AI has emerged as a transformative force in healthcare, offering innovative solutions to enhance service delivery, improve patient outcomes, and optimize resource allocation within the domain of health management and economics This systematic review examines the documented applications, efficacy, and associated challenges of AI in healthcare services, drawing from a curated selection of peer reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025 Utilizing the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses PRISMA framework, we identified and analyzed 12 relevant studies from reputable databases including ScienceDirect, Springer, IEEE Xplore, and SID ir Key applications include predictive analytics for disease diagnosis, personalized treatment planning, and administrative optimization Efficacy is evidenced by improved diagnostic accuracy, cost reductions, and enhanced operational efficiency, yet challenges such as data privacy concerns, ethical dilemmas, and implementation barriers persist This review underscores the economic implications for health management, advocating for integrated policy frameworks to maximize AI's potential while mitigating risks Findings suggest that while AI promises substantial economic benefits potentially reducing healthcare expenditures by 5 10% globally strategic investments in workforce training and regulatory alignment are essential This narrative synthesis provides health economists and managers with actionable insights to navigate AI adoption in resource constrained environments
