چکیده مقاله
The growing complexity of contemporary life, academic pressures, work related stress, and rapid social changes have made mental health one of the most important concerns for individuals and organizations In such contexts, psychological resilience plays a crucial role as a dynamic capacity for effective adaptation to stressors and restoring optimal functioning, preventing mental disorders and performance decline Despite the growth of research in this field, much of the literature has examined resilience and coping skills separately, with little focus on an integrated framework that combines these two constructs This study aims to develop a conceptual model that clarifies the structural relationship between resilience, coping skills, and mental health in educational and occupational settings The research approach is analytical and review based, incorporating theoretical evidence, empirical findings, and the author's previous studies The results suggest that enhancing components such as self efficacy, emotion regulation, social support, and problem solving can increase resilience and reduce burnout, anxiety, and productivity decline The proposed model can serve as a foundation for designing educational, counseling, and organizational interventions to improve quality of life and human effectiveness
