چکیده مقاله
Introduction: In contemporary contexts characterized uncertainty and fragmentation, conventional resilience approaches often fall short of addressing fundamental existential anxieties This paper presents the theoretical framework for a philosophical counseling workshop designed to cultivate existential resilience – not as coping mechanisms, but as a sustained mode of being Rooted in existential and phenomenological philosophy, the workshop prioritizes agency and the operationalization of meaning through intentional action, centering the process of reconstruction of meaning Methods: The workshop’s design integrates Socratic dialogue, reflective exercises, and “meaning as action” strategies Its structure is informed by a commitment to facilitating individual exploration of values and the development of a coherent worldview Results: The theoretical framework anticipates that participants will move beyond symptom management towards a deeper engagement with the conditions of their existence, fostering a sense of agency and purpose Discussion: This workshop offers a novel approach to resilience, distinguishing itself from traditional interventions by focusing on the reconstruction of meaning and cultivating a resilient mode of being The design highlights the potential of integrating philosophical reflection with applied counseling in educational, therapeutic, and crisis affected settings Further development and implementation are warranted to assess its practical efficacy
