چکیده مقاله
Given the importance of increasing accuracy and speed in sports monitoring and officiating processes, this study focuses on the design and development of an integrated electronic monitoring and officiating system utilizing modern imaging technologies and artificial intelligence algorithms The main objective of the research is to enhance the accuracy of referees’ decision making and reduce human errors in sports officiating In the proposed system, high resolution cameras and advanced image processing techniques are employed to accurately detect sports movements and events The collected data were tested under different lighting conditions, and the results showed that the accuracy of the designed system exceeded 90% on average, representing a significant improvement compared to traditional systems Statistical analysis also confirmed that the use of this technology led to a 40% reduction in officiating errors Limitations such as unfavorable lighting conditions and restricted access to real competition data were identified, outlining directions for future research This study can serve as a foundation for the development of more advanced and intelligent monitoring and officiating systems in the field of sports
