چکیده مقاله
This short paper aims to seek the participants’ ideas on the fastest shortcuts to achieve sustainable development and keeping on the right track to bring welfare and prosperity to the people to whom this ancient land really belongs To draw on their down deep ideas, thoughts and feeling in this regard, two sets of open ended and close ended questionnaires were administered The participants were people of various walks of life randomly selected, from amongst various age groups, levels of education, and from both genders The results confirm that the very first role for any growth and possibly development should be allocated to and played by the right management sector of a society since if they are the right ones, the industry, amongst other sectors of society, would improve and hence provides the society with various jobs and occupations and in turn the rest would result in a developed society in the long run
