چکیده مقاله
Contemporary educational systems remain largely grounded in linear models of learning that often overlook the complexity of cognitive processes and the need for integrative knowledge construction This conceptual paper proposes an emerging framework that links divergent thinking, nonlinear learning, and knowledge integration as complementary dimensions of an integrative learning paradigm Drawing on interdisciplinary perspectives in educational theory, cognitive science, and learning research, the study critically examines the limitations of linear and fragmented instructional approaches and highlights the potential of integrative models to foster adaptive, flexible, and meaningful learning The paper develops a conceptual synthesis of the three constructs and articulates their theoretical relationships within a coherent educational framework Divergent thinking is positioned as a driver of creativity and cognitive flexibility, nonlinear learning as a dynamic process reflecting the complexity of knowledge acquisition, and knowledge integration as a mechanism for connecting fragmented understandings into coherent structures By situating these elements within a unified perspective, the study offers a preliminary theoretical foundation for rethinking teaching–learning processes in contemporary educational contexts Rather than presenting empirical findings, this work aims to lay the groundwork for future research by outlining key assumptions, conceptual relationships, and potential implications for curriculum design and pedagogical innovation The proposed framework contributes to ongoing discussions on educational transformation by advancing a holistic and integrative approach to learning in increasingly complex knowledge environments
