Background: Anxiety is a disabling condition with side effects on cognition, quality of life,memory, and mood Anxiety is a regular mood condition that could disturb cognition Methods: Mice were distributed to five groups: control group, anxiety group, anxiety relatedbehaviors in mice who consumed leucine, anxiety related behaviors in mice who appliedphysical activity, and anxiety related behaviors in mice who applied physical activity andconsumed Leucine We evaluated the level of anxiety by behavior tests such as open Field,elevated plus maze test, and social interaction tests Results: The locomotor activity and social interaction were reduced in the anxiety groupcompared with the control group Furthermore, the anxiety group's time exploring andrecognizing novel objects decreased Interestingly, our data indicated that physical activity andconsumed leucine supplementation improved locomotor activity, social interaction, timeexploring, and recognition of novel objects Conclusion: Based on our that physical activity and consumed Leucine supplementation couldameliorate the cognitive of anxiety related behaviors in mice Furthermore, we found thatexercise and leucine supplementation might modify brain function
