چکیده مقاله
This research examines microbial contamination control strategies in poultry processing plants, focusing on their environmental health impacts and linkages to food safety By assessing disinfection methods and air quality measures, the study identifies key risks from pathogens like Salmonella and Campylobacter Results indicate that advanced UV C irradiation and ozone treatments significantly reduce contamination levels, minimizing environmental discharge and enhancing product safety The findings advocate for holistic protocols that integrate environmental monitoring with processing hygiene to prevent outbreaks and promote sustainable food production Ultimately, effective control measures safeguard both ecosystems and consumer health in the poultry industry
