چکیده مقاله
The integration of bio printing technologies with stem cells from plant and animal sources offers a transformative approach to producing sustainable, edible tissues This study designs and evaluates extrusion based and chaotic bio printing processes for fabricating hybrid meat analogs using bovine mesenchymal stem cells bMSCs and plant stem cells from Arabidopsis thaliana The processes achieve cell viability >85% post printing, with structured tissues mimicking marbled beef texture and nutritional profiles Real time monitoring via embedded sensors ensures optimal gelation and maturation Results indicate scalable production of 100 g tissue blocks in 24 hours, with sensory attributes comparable to conventional meat This innovation addresses food security by enabling customized, ethical protein sources
